PRIVATE EVENTS
Catalyst's seasoned private event team have been planning events, celebrations, corporate retreats, product launches, bar & bat mitzvahs, weddings and board dinners for over 40 years collectively. Both our sales and operations teams have a deep understanding of the ins and outs of what makes an event run smoothly. Our private event team will work with you on each detail to create a personalized event, from the flowers to the menu to the favors. Our team can assist with all vendor recommendations, timeline planning, customized menu development, decor suggestions and day of coordination (just to name a few) to ensure your event is perfect.
Catalyst’s 1,600 square feet of private dining and meeting space is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows in the heart of Technology Square. The private meeting rooms boast state-of-the-art audio visual technology and the flexibility of the private space’s design allows for the three rooms to be opened up to one larger space or a combination of two rooms using contemporary, soundproof NanaWalls, which are opaque for privacy.
THE PRIVATE ROOMS
The Crick, Franklin and Watson Rooms (named for the co-discoverers of the structure of DNA in 1953; a nod to the great history of the neighborhood) may accommodate 120 guests seated at rounds, 200 for a cocktail reception or 120 set theater style.
The rooms may be utilized individually for groups as small as 6 or opened up to create one large private space for up to 200 guests.
ADDITIONAL EVENT SPACES
Catalyst offers several additional beautiful spaces for your event beyond the private rooms. Choose from the sleek yet cozy semi-private Fireplace Room with a custom made 17’ foot hard wood table in front of the fire; the Atrium Dining room with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows and handblown artistic light fixtures, or the Patio for an alfresco experience under the bistro lights. The entire Restaurant is also available for larger events and celebrations.
