SAFETY GUIDELINES

As we re-open during these unprecedented times, we wanted to share with you the changes we have implemented using guidelines set forth by the CDC and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to enure the safety and well-being of our guests and team members.

We are looking forward to seeing all of you and providing you with the same exceptional Catalyst experience you remember!

-Please call or make a reservation online. The maximum number of guests allowed at one table is 6 people. We happy to accommodate walk-ins; we will ask for your name and for your contact information when you see the host prior to being seated.

-Our dining tables have been spaced out by at least 6 feet. Our banquettes already have existing high barriers separating the banquette tables. Our outdoor patio has expanded its size considerably and we will take reservations for outdoor dining. Please specify your seating preference when making a reservation.

-A hand sanitation station is available upon entering the restaurant. Hand sanitizer will be available at each table as well.

-All Catalyst’s staff have gone through training and are ServSafe certified.

-All staff will have temperature checks upon arrival of their work day.

-All staff is required to stay home if they are feeling unwell.

-All staff will wear masks.

-The dining room and restrooms will be sensitized on a regular basis throughout the day/evening.

-Digital menus will be available as will single-use disposable paper menus.

-Contactless payment available.

-All guests must wear masks unless they are seated at their table.

-Curbside pickup for to-go orders is available. You can order online here or by calling the restaurant at 617-576-3000 and paying over the phone. Curbside pick up orders will be brought out directly to your car. There is a curb-cut on the side of Catalyst on Technology Square Way where a sandwich board will indicate where to park.
