Ember & Vine: A New England Summer Wine Dinner

Join us under the summer sky for Ember & Vine, an outdoor dining experience inspired by the flavors of a New England cookout. In collaboration with Federal Wine & Spirits Boston and Martignetti Companies, Catalyst will present a seasonal multi-course menu highlighting fire-grilled seafood, locally inspired ingredients, and elevated barbecue favorites. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of wines chosen to complement the smoky, coastal flavors of the evening. Gather on the patio for a relaxed yet refined celebration of summer, where open-fire cooking, exceptional wines, and warm hospitality come together for one unforgettable night.
