Catalyst, in collaboration with Federal Wine & Spirits, Boston and Martignetti Companies, will be hosting a multi-course wine dining experience celebrating the comfort, nostalgia, and artistry of pastry. This exclusive menu has been thoughtfully curated by Pastry Chef Mia-Sara Gadea-Guidicelli. Each course has been paired with wines that highlight the creativity, technique, and emotion behind every dish. From delicate pastries to bold savory compositions, this immersive dining experience invites guests to rediscover the beauty and emotion behind pastry in all its forms. Reception at 6:00 PM; seated dinner at 6:30 PM. Price includes tax and gratuity. Reservations must be made through the Experiences Tab on OpenTable.
