Angela Peterson - pastry chef

Angela Peterson is the pastry chef for both Catalyst Restaurant and Catalyst Café, overseeing the baked goods and pastry menus at both establishments in addition to Catalyst catering and events business.

Peterson’s pastry career has included stints with top restaurants around Boston, working as a Pastry Cook at  Trade, the Assistant Pastry Chef at MooncusserFish House and a Pastry Cook at the venerable Harvard Square institution, Harvest.  She is well-versed in everything from perfectly glazed donuts to works of art masking as desserts for fine dining.

Peterson is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with an additional Bachelor of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University, as well as, a certificate from the Alain Ducasse professional school, Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, in Yssingeaux, France..
